FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We have three warehouses in Lithuania, United Kingdom and USA. Shipping is number one priority for us, thus this is the reason why we ship our products worldwide FOR FREE! Shipping time varies depending on your location:

Shipping to Europe: 2-7 working days.

Shipping to North and South America, Asia, Africa, Australia and Antarctica: 5-14 working days.

TRACKING

After you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-3 working days that your order has been shipped. Once you get your tracking number, you will be able to see your package current location. If you already have a tracking code, check your package location here: www.shirtnes.com/track-your-order

CANCELLATIONS, REPLACEMENT, ORDER CHANGES & RETURNS

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order (shipping address, clothing size etc), the request must be sent by email to info@shirtnes.com within 12 HOURS of placing an order! After 12 hours, all orders are final and no refunds will be issued.

REPLACEMENTS (DAMAGED GOOD OR LOST ITEMS)

If you order has been marked as ‘delivered’ but you have never received it within 3-4 weeks, please email us and we will ship a replacement at an additional fee.

If you received your order, but the size or color is wrong - please send us an email info@shirtnes.com with an image of the the wrong product and we can replace your order free of charge.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your order, fill in the "Product Returns" form which you can find here: www.shirtnes.com/product-returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
